By placing an order with Pathmark Innovation, LLC (hereinafter “PMI”) the buyer agrees to the following Policies, Terms, & Conditions. The following terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the buyer and PMI. Please read the terms and conditions of this agreement carefully. The buyer’s purchase of the products is expressly conditioned on acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The buyer accepts the following terms and conditions by making a purchase from, or placing an order with, PMI. The following terms and conditions shall apply to all purchases and orders, whether made via the PMI online store, email, verbal (by telephone), written orders sent by buyer to seller, or via third-party partners. The following terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The terms and conditions posted hereon at the time the buyer makes a purchase or places an order will govern unless otherwise agreed in writing by seller and buyer.
Installation of Lighting Products
Any installation of Pathmark Innovation (hereinafter “PMI”) lighting products by someone other than a qualified, licensed electrician shall be performed by the buyer at the buyer's own risk and liability. PMI will not be held responsible for or accept or assume any liability in connection with any line voltage work for the use of PMI products, the electrical installation or modification of any PMI products, or injuries or damages incurred in connection with same. The installation of PMI products must be in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, codes, and regulations. Buyer shall be solely responsible for compliance with such laws. Any improper installation and/or modification of PMI products can cause serious harm possibly resulting in death or personal injury. The buyer should consult with a qualified, licensed electrician who adheres to and accepts all responsibility for electrical installations in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, codes, and regulations. PMI shall not be responsible for any injury or death arising from the use or installation of sellers products.
30 Day Return Policy
Most items that are defective or that are in “as new” condition may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund (a restocking fee may be required for some returns as described below). Original delivery and shipping/handling fees will not be refunded. Shipping and delivery cost of returning merchandise is the customer's responsibility.
"As-New" Condition is:
an item that has not been installed or modified or wires cut
in the original packaging--box and packing material

1. Initiate Return Request
To initiate a return, have your order number ready and contact us by:

A representative will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and product return instructions.
2. Pack & Ship your item(s)
Please ensure the items are well packed in their original packaging.
Include your Return Authorization Number inside the shipping box. Also include it on the outside of the shipping box.
Be sure to obtain adequate tracking information and/or shipping insurance as Pathmark Innovation is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in shipping.
A Return Acknowledgement will be issued upon receipt of your return.
3. Your Return Credit
Once the returned product is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued within ten (10) business days via the same method in which the item was purchased.
Upon receipt of the returned product, if the item is not determined in “as new” condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or charge a restocking fee of up to 75% of the original purchase.
Exceptions and Items not Eligible for Return
There are some items that are not eligible for return. They are as follows:
Custom or Special Order Products
Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way
Any item without original packaging
Items delivered/received more than 30 days from purchase date are usually non-returnable; if approved the return will include a restock fee
Any product not purchased directly from Pathmark Innovation
Large Quantity Purchases
When ordering large quantities (6+) of the same item we strongly suggest ordering a single sample for evaluation before you place the full order.
Returns of any item in quantities of 6 or more units will be subject to a return review after which you may be charged a restock fee or have the return denied.
Custom and Made-to-Order Details:
Custom orders require payment be collected in full at the time the order is placed.
Once a custom order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Custom orders often require production and shipping lead times ranging anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks.
Custom orders cannot be returned under ANY circumstance. If you receive a custom order that is damaged beyond repair, a replacement will be made for you.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 7 business days. However, most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped standard. Delivery times vary by destination. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
All orders over $1,250 are shipped free.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Pathmark Innovation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Our warranty guarantees that products will be free of defects in material and workmanship when the products are installed, operated, and maintained according to supplied instructions, applicable codes and regulations, and under conditions of normal use for the time periods defined below. Damages caused by power surges or any fluctuation in the electrical grid, misuse, abuse, or acts of God (e.g. lightning strike) are not covered by our warranty. Likewise, Pathmark Innovation, LLC, shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages including labor charges to repair, replace, install, or remove its product(s).
Brass & Stainless Steel Path Lights
Brass & Stainless Steel fixtures hold a lifetime warranty on their overall construction and socket assembly.
Aluminum Path Lights
Aluminum Path Lights hold a 5-year warranty on their overall construction and socket assembly. Aluminum fixtures are not meant for use in caustic environments (coastal or inter-coastal). Installation or use of aluminum products in caustic environments will void the warranty.
Bulbs and Stakes
LED bulbs are not covered by warranty. However, each bulb included has a 50,000-hour estimated life. Pathmark Innovation reserves the right to evaluate and consider at its own discretion some incidences of bulb failure for replacement on a case by case basis. Lamps are not integrated and can be easily replaced if necessary. Bulb life is maximized when usage is limited to 12 hours per day.
Stakes are not covered by warranty.
Powder Coating. It is possible for powder coatings to discolor or blister when exposed to sunlight, irrigation systems, reclaimed water, sea water, acid rain, and other sources of aggressive agents. Powder coat finishes are warrantied for one year against such occurrences. Damage to the coatings resulting from physical accident or abuse are not covered by warranty.
Brass Patina. It is normal for natural brass to patina, oxidize, and change colors. Normal patina including residue build ups from outside contaminants is normal for natural metals and part of the authentic beauty of solid brass in outdoor environments and is not covered by warranty. We also cannot warrant that all the product will tarnish, patina, or age evenly or in the same manner as other products of the same material.
Brushed Stainless. Brushed stainless fixtures have no warranty on finish.
To Initiate a Warranty Claim:
Call us at (702) 745-1158. Trouble shoot the problem with a representative and/or request a Return Authorization Number. For warranty service on products or components with less than lifetime warranty, you will be asked to provide the original transaction receipt. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Return the items. If after troubleshooting your item(s), it is deemed by us there is reasonable probability of defect, return the items to the address provided by the representative. Make sure your assigned Return Authorization Number is clearly displayed on the outside of all returned packages. Also separately place the number on a blank piece of paper inside each package. This is necessary to match your package to the correct warranty request.
Claim is processed. Once your item is received, we will inspect and test it within 3 business days. If the item is defective, we will notify you and process a repair, replacement, or refund within 3 additional business days. Pathmark Innovation will pay to ship any replacement items back to you. If items are deemed to be in good working condition then customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your cooperation with our team during the initial troubleshooting phase can help eliminate potential cost associated with the return of non-defective items.

By collecting these statistics, a website can make their visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where a user lands first, or if they are coming from a specific referral). Each visitor has control over cookies placement. You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish by checking your browser settings on each device. If you turn cookies off, some features will be disabled. Some of the features that make your site experience more efficient and may not function properly. However, you will still be able to place orders by contacting customer service.
We will also collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, postal address, telephone numbers, email address, or credit card number when you voluntarily provide it to us through the this website such as when you create an account or profile, order a product, contact customer service, or otherwise interact with PMI.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
PMI does not specifically market to children under the age of 18. We request that children do not provide personally identifiable information through this website.
